We enjoyed staying at this hotel near the ferry port during the peak season as it saved us time and effort. the location was also great as it was just across the airport. the private showers in our separate cabin were very nice and the service was professional and diligent. Although the food at the restaurant was expensive, it was amazing and the onsen was a great way to relax at the end of a long day of hiking.
The dinner reservations were difficult to make during the holiday weekend.

The location was very convenient for us, as it was close to the airport and car rentals. We also enjoyed the sound of the nearby river flowing, which relaxed us at night. The onsen facility was a nice touch, and we appreciated being able to move around the hotel barefoot.
We tried to reserve a table for four different nights, but there were no free tables even for hotel guests. This was a huge disappointment, as we had heard great things about the dining experience.

Great location near the airport and easily accessible by cab. the room was spacious and had a stunning view of the surrounding nature. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the onsen was a must-try experience - the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel was quite pricey compared to other options in the area, and the staff seemed unfriendly and unresponsive to our needs.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The staff were diligent professionals who kept the entire hotel impeccably clean. Our cabin was great as our kids could make noise without disturbing others. We thoroughly enjoyed the private showers and the onsen facility was magnificent, with hot and cold indoor pools, two outdoor pools, a sauna, and a steam room. The onsen area was spacious and could accommodate many people without feeling crowded. Additionally, the hotel was located right opposite the airport, making transportation very convenient.
Couldn't fault this hotel at all!
